Rosie the Health Manager
puts you in the driver's seat of your health
Rosie is a free digital health assistant, designed and built to safely keep all of an individual’s health records in one place and drive primary self care.
How Rosie Works
Rosie empowers you to practice Primary Self Care.
Rosie's Four Elements
Patient Data Use Agreement (PDUA)
A legal agreement between you and the patient data manager that gives you sole ownership rights of your health data and does not allow the patient data manager to use, share, or sell your data without your explicit consent.
Patient Data Manager (PDM)
A service that acquires, aggregates, curates, shares and manages your patient's health data on your behalf.
Standard Patient Health Record (SPHR)
All data that is relevant to your health available to you in a standard and computable way.
Patient Data Receipt
A fully documented and standard receipt generated at the end of each and every healthcare transaction and made available to you or your patient data manager.

Why is Rosie Free?
MITRE envisions a healthcare system designed around and with the patient, where individuals, families, and communities have the right data, tools, and resources to improve their health literacy and maximize health and well-being. Rosie is a key component in realizing this vision.
To maximize availability and impact, MITRE launched Rosie as an open source project.
Contributors
MITRE manages and funds the project, drives system engineering, and builds the patient data manager.
GoInvo supports the project through open source healthcare design expertise.
